Villa Calypso is a peaceful and cosy 3-bedroom villa providing a charming retreat for a party of six or a family seeking a private location to enjoy their holiday in the Resort of Coral Bay in Paphos.
The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just off Coral Bay Avenue, literally a minute’s walk from the long main strip which runs through the Resort’s centre and along the waterside and offers a rich choice of amenities.
The property’s proximity to the Coral Bay strip makes it convenient for our guests to enjoy their stay, even without renting a car. An abundance of shops, minimarkets, bars, restaurants and tavernas can be found a few steps away on the strip, whilst the famous, 500-meter Coral Bay Blue Flag Beach, with turquoise waters and golden sands is a 10-minute walk from the villa. Those who like to have complete peace of mind, can enjoy the option of having groceries delivered to their doorstep by the nearby, fully equipped supermarket.
A convenient bus stop providing direct access to all the attractions in the broader Paphos area, such as the Paphos Water Park, the Paphos Zoo or the Tombs of the Kings Archaeological Site and the Castle in Kato Paphos, is also located at a 2-minute ‘s walk.
The villa’s outdoor area offers privacy and a large swimming pool as well as a patio with table and seats for outside dining. Comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas will enable our guests to enjoy quality time together while soaking in the Mediterranean sun.
The entrance of the property opens to a an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining room space, with sliding doors giving direct access to the outdoor patio and swimming pool area. In the living room, guests can enjoy the Smart TV with all the channels and applications it offers, while having a beautiful view of the outdoors. The large dining table can seat up to 8 guests, and has direct access to an open, spacious and fully equipped kitchen.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs on the first floor, including the master bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. The twin bedrooms include two single beds each and share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The master bedroom includes a double bed and an en-suite open plan bathroom with a shower. This bedroom also has its own private balcony.
