Villa Alexandra is located in a privileged position in Ayia Thekla district of Ayia Napa, just 1.4km away from the beautiful sandy beach of Ayia Thekla.
The ground floor of the property features a good size open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area, with patio doors and windows which offer direct access to a covered patio and garden area. Two bedrooms are also situated on the ground floor, both are equipped with queen beds and one of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room. In addition, there is a second shower room on the ground floor.
The first floor includes a master queen bed bedroom, with en-suite shower room and benefits of good size balcony, where magnificent sea and sunset views can be enjoyed. On the same floor there is also, a twin bedroom with two single beds, as well as en-suite shower room.
Outside, the Villa has an inviting communal swimming pool to enjoy the sunny days. The pool is adjacent to the property with easy access and only shared with few residences within the complex. The outdoor area is fully equipped with comfortable sunbeds, poolside shower, outside dining table and barbeque area, perfect for an alfresco dining with friends and family.

Casa molto bella, spazi comodi per tutti con un numero di bagno molto soddisfacente. Ottima anche la possibilità di usare la piscina comune, molto apprezzata così come i diversi tavolini e la doccia esterni. Unica pecca viste le tante persone sono l’unico posto auto (rimediabile facilmente parcheggiando altrove nel complesso) e la presenza di shampoo e bagnoschiuma che erano annacquati ed impossibili da usare, ma questo potrebbe essere un problema riscontrato solo da noi. Nel complesso però siamo davvero molto soddisfatti della casa e dei suoi servizi!
Ho soggiornato nell'alloggio con altre 3 coppie. Siamo stati molto bene. La cucina è dotata di lavastoviglie non segnalata nelle caratteristiche della casa. Presenza di condizionatori in tutte le camere.
Отличная вилла в тихом спокойном месте. Полностью оборудованная кухня, посуды достаточно. Есть все необходимое для барбекю. Нас было 6 человек и мы отлично разместились. Бассейн большой, красивый, с ночной подсветкой, с доступом в любое время, но без подогрева, в начале ноября еще вполне можно было плавать. Ближайший магазин в 2 км, поэтому удобнее, если есть автомобиль. Но в целом можно дойти пешком или доехать на общественном транспорте. Нисси Бич находится в 6 километрах. В шаговой доступности нет пляжей с хорошим входом в воду. Коммуникация с хозяином очень хорошая. С удовольствием приехали бы сюда еще раз! Рекомендую.

Payment Conditions
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
30% of the total reservation price to be paid upon booking. The remaining 70% will be paid 30 days before arrival. If a guest cancels 30+days before arrival , the 30% down payment is non refundable, if the guest cancels within the 30 days before arrival 100% of the amount will be non refundable.
Damage Deposit
You will receive an automated email 7 days prior to arrival, to proceed with the damage deposit procedure for the amount of EUR 250. The deposit amount is not debited and does not impact the guest's bank card credit limit.
The total price of the reservation includes a 10% service fee.

The main guest should be 25 years old and over. All underaged guests should be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 till 8:00 hours.
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code enforced neighborhood.

This property does not allow pets. Do not feed stray animals inside the property premises.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless pre-agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Failure to adhere to the Check In and Check Out time may result in an additional fee unless discussed in advance of the stay.
