FAQ

The cancellation policy differs according to the property. Kindly contact our
reservations department for further details regarding the property of your
interest.

In case of health emergencies or contraction of Covid, guests may provide a
proof and a voucher can be issued to move the reservation to a later date within
that year.

Ezoria offers a variety of properties with heated swimming pools to use during
colder months. Our reservations department will advise guests of such
properties, upon request.

The minimum stay policy varies according to the season and the property. It may
vary from 3 to 7 nights, according to the month.

Each of our properties has a property manager, who will meet with guests and
answer their requests all along their stay. Their contact details are automatically
shared with guests before their arrival.

Our guests receive all the property details prior to their arrival. Our properties
are self check-in, and our property manager will contact and meet guests upon
their arrival to show them around, and answer any questions they may have.
