The villa’s main living area features a comfortable sofa set and coffee table with a flat screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with modern appliances and all the necessary conveniences to make meal preparation a breeze. A fireplace for the colder late autumn and winter months, completes the picture.
The villa’s comfortable five bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 guests. Four of the bedrooms have a double bed, and one of the bedrooms has two twin beds.
The property is designed over 3 floors: Downstairs, Ground floor and Upstairs. Two double rooms are located on the downstairs floor. Both have natural light provided by elevated horizontally shaped windows and share a small kitchen; the remaining three bedrooms are located upstairs.
Each room is expertly appointed with quality beds and high-quality linens to ensure a peaceful and restful night’s sleep.
The villa’s outdoor spaces are equally impressive, featuring a very large, overflowing private pool with sun loungers to relax on and bask in the Mediterranean sunshine. Comfortable and fully tiled outdoor surroundings create a serene and private oasis for guests to escape and unwind.

Payment Conditions
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.<br />
Cancellation Policy
30% of the total reservation price to be paid upon booking. The remaining 70% will be paid 30 days before arrival. If a guest cancels 30+days before arrival , the 30% down payment is non refundable, if the guest cancels within the 30 days before arrival 100% of the amount will be non refundable.
Damage Deposit
You will receive an automated email 7 days prior to arrival, to proceed with the damage deposit procedure for the amount of EUR 250. The deposit amount is not debited and does not impact the guest's bank card credit limit.
The total price of the reservation includes a 10% service fee.

Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code enforced neighborhood.
