An elegant, luxurious and meticulously furnished three-bedroom private Villa Sophia offers everything you can hope for in an exclusive holiday retreat, including a heated swimming pool, in the heart of the popular Coral Bay Resort. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just 200 meters off the buzzy Coral Bay Avenue it is a leisurely 3 minutes walk from a plethora of shops, bars, taverns and restaurants. Villa Sophia is 6 minutes walk from the nearest beach (Linear Park Beach) and 14 minutes walk from the coveted, blue flagged Coral Bay Beach.
The main entrance door opens to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with large windows and big sliding doors that let in oodles of natural light to create an excellent ambience. The kitchen is fully equipped with an impressive angle-shaped roof with supporting wooden beams and the living area boasts a comfortable corner sofa. The big sliding doors open to a generous backyard and turquoise pool offering absolute privacy and the opportunity for comfortable al fresco dining or enjoying a cocktail on the cozy outdoor bar which includes a built-in gas grill for barbecuing. The front of the villa includes an additional lounge area ideal for sunset drinks and overlooking the mature garden.
Villa Sophia features a wonderful Mediterranean garden which includes lemon, olive, pine and palm trees to name a few offering variety of aromas and colors.
All three bedrooms have en-suite facilities. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and comes with a queen double bed and a baby cot. The remaining two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the second with two single beds, are on the first floor. Villa is designed to accommodate 7 guests. The bedrooms on the first floor share a generous patio which offers both sea and mountain views, but also a fantastic view of the garden and pool area below.

Great villa in the heart of coral bay. Just a few minutes walk to lots of bars and restaurants. The villa was very clean and modern. The pool area is very private and it’s in a quiet location despite being near to coral bay strip. There are three bedrooms all with en-suite. Two are upstairs and one downstairs. There is a built in gas BBQ ( which we didn’t use ). The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning is excellent. There are small supermarkets in coral bay just a few minutes walk away or if you have a car phillipos supermarket is a five minute drive, which is huge and has everything you need. There was also a nespresso coffee machine in the villa. This is our second villa from Ezoria and both times we’ve had excellent holidays.
Amazing place. Clean, modern, and well equipped. There was a small issue with the A/C dripping, but once we notified them, I got a call within the hour and it was sorted straight away. Would 100% stay here again next time I’m in Coral Bay.
We stayed at Villa Sofia and had the best experience!! Check in was really easy and the host accommodated for early check in and late check out for us which was superb! The villa is located in a quiet area which made it peaceful the beach was a 5 mins walk with a gorgeous view point and the shops and restaurants were also a 5 mins walk, you can catch a bus which is right by the shops to get into Paphos town which was convenient, the villa was stunning and very clean the host was actively responsive during messages and on arrival an employee arrived to explain how to set alarms when leaving and how to get to local supermarkets and gave us recommendations around the area. Honestly could not fault this villa we felt really safe and the company used they were amazing I would 100% go back!!!

Payment Conditions
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
30% of the total reservation price to be paid upon booking. The remaining 70% will be paid 30 days before arrival. If a guest cancels 30+days before arrival , the 30% down payment is non refundable, if the guest cancels within the 30 days before arrival 100% of the amount will be non refundable.
Damage Deposit
You will receive an automated email 7 days prior to arrival, to proceed with the damage deposit procedure for the amount of EUR 350. The deposit amount is not debited and does not impact the guest's bank card credit limit.
The total price of the reservation includes a 10% service fee.

The property do not allow hens and batchelor parties or other events
The main guest should be 25 years old and over. All underaged guests should be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 till 8:00 hours.
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code enforced neighborhood.
This a no smoking property.
This property does not allow pets. Do not feed stray animals inside the property premises.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless pre-agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Failure to adhere to the Check In and Check Out time may result in an additional fee unless discussed in advance of the stay.
Extra charges will apply in cases of:
*Damage caused to the property or furnishings.
*Damaged linen and towels at the time of check-out.
*Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning.
*Excessive use of the electricity allowance.
*Any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
