Savoya Sunrise is a spacious three-bedroom seafront bungalow set above the coastline of Coral Bay, with open views across the Mediterranean. Designed for up to six guests, it offers a relaxed setting for families and friends looking for space, privacy, and the easy rhythm of a Cyprus holiday.
At the heart of the outdoor area is a private 8m × 4m kidney-shaped swimming pool, surrounded by a well-maintained garden, comfortable sunbeds, and plenty of space to spend long, carefree afternoons beneath the Mediterranean sun. A covered outdoor dining area provides a welcome spot for slower breakfasts, shaded lunches, and evenings together as the sun begins to set. Pool heating is also available as an optional service.
The bungalow is located within the sought-after Sunrise complex, a quiet and well-kept setting close to everything Coral Bay has to offer. The golden sands and clear waters of Blue Flag Coral Bay Beach are less than a 10-minute walk away, while the Coral Bay Strip is approximately five minutes on foot, with a wide choice of restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and local shops.
The landscaped garden leads towards a coastal pathway, inviting morning walks and evening strolls accompanied by open sea views. The private pool ranges in depth from approximately 1m to 1.90m and features pool lighting for those warm Cyprus evenings spent outdoors.
Inside, the fully air-conditioned living area is spacious and comfortable, with two sofas, free Wi-Fi, and a 65-inch Android TV with access to international channels. Large doors connect the indoor living space with the terrace, allowing the outside and the Mediterranean light to become part of everyday life at the villa.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for an easy self-catering stay, with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, electric hob and oven, toaster, kettle, and other everyday essentials, whether you are preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or dinner to enjoy outdoors.
All three air-conditioned bedrooms offer generous wardrobe space and comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom also has a double bed, while the third is furnished with two single beds. An additional bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms.

We had a fantastic stay at Savoua Sunrise. The location was amazing and easy walking distance to Coral Bay Strip and the beach. The view was amazing looking out over Potima Bay. The villa itself was amazing. We had everything we needed and the beds were one of the comfiest I have slept in an Airbnb. There was 6 of us in total and there was plenty of space. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this villa again.

Payment Conditions
A partial payment in the amount of 10% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
10% of the total reservation price to be paid upon booking. The remaining 90% will be paid 45 days before arrival. If a guest cancels 46+days before arrival , the 10% down payment is non refundable, if the guest cancels within the 45 days before arrival 100% of the amount will be non refundable.
Damage Deposit
You will receive an automated email 7 days prior to arrival, to proceed with the damage deposit procedure for the amount of EUR 250. The deposit amount is not debited and does not impact the guest's bank card credit limit.
The total price of the reservation includes a 10% service fee.

The property do not allow hens and batchelor parties or other events
The main guest should be 25 years old and over. All underaged guests should be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 till 8:00 hours.
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code enforced neighborhood.
This a no smoking property.
This property does not allow pets. Do not feed stray animals inside the property premises.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless pre-agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Failure to adhere to the Check In and Check Out time may result in an additional fee unless discussed in advance of the stay.
Extra charges will apply in cases of:
*Damage caused to the property or furnishings.
*Damaged linen and towels at the time of check-out.
*Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning.
*Excessive use of the electricity allowance.
*Any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
