We spent a fantastic time in July. The villa itself is spacious and nicely maintained. Swimming pool is nice. I didn’t think we’d use jaquizzi but turned out it was quite to get into warm water sometimes. The view is spectacular. I recommend the room with a large window! They were also really responsive always replying to our questions within 10 minutes, something I’ve never seen before. Overall great place to spend your vacations!

A beautiful villa situation just outside the centre of Paphos, with direct access to a quiet beach at the bottom of the garden. Stunning sunset views and a lovely infinity pool. Complete with BBQ, this Airbnb had everything we needed as a group to enjoy Cyprus. We visit Cyprus annually but this was by far the best place we have stayed

Payment Conditions
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
30% of the total reservation price to be paid upon booking. The remaining 70% will be paid 30 days before arrival. If a guest cancels 30+days before arrival , the 30% downpayment is non refundable, if the guest cancels within the 30 days before arrival 100% of the amount will be non refundable.
Damage Deposit
You will receive an automated email 7 days prior to arrival, to proceed with the damage deposit procedure for the amount of EUR 500. The deposit amount is not debited and does not impact the guest's bank card credit limit.
The total price of the reservation includes a 10% service fee.

The property do not allow hens and batchelor parties or other events
The main guest should be 25 years old and over. All underaged guests should be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 till 8:00 hours.
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code enforced neighborhood.
This a no smoking property.
This property does not allow pets. Do not feed stray animals inside the property premises.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless pre-agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Failure to adhere to the Check In and Check Out time may result in an additional fee unless discussed in advance of the stay.
Extra charges will apply in cases of:
*Damage caused to the property or furnishings.
*Damaged linen and towels at the time of check-out.
*Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning.
*Excessive use of the electricity allowance.
*Any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
