The basement area includes a gym/fitness room, extra kitchen and living room sauna bath, as well as shower/WC room. Payment Conditions
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of €500.00. The damage deposit is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
50% of the total reservation price to be paid upon booking. The remaining 50% will be paid 30 days before arrival. If a guest cancels 30+days before arrival, the 50% down payment is non-refundable, if the guest cancels within the50 days before arrival 100% of the amount will be non-refundable.
Damage Deposit
Kindly note that a damage deposit of 500 EUR will be held on your card by a payment link 30 days before your arrival.
It will then be released after your check-out following our departure inspection if it abides with our Terms and Conditions.

The main guest should be 25 years old and over. All underaged guests should be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 till 8:00 hours.
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code enforced neighborhood.

This property does not allow pets. Do not feed stray animals inside the property premises.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless pre-agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Failure to adhere to the Check In and Check Out time may result in an additional fee unless discussed in advance of the stay.
Extra charges will apply in cases of:
*Damage caused to the property or furnishings.
*Damaged linen and towels at the time of check-out.
*Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning.
*Excessive use of the electricity allowance.
*Any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
