This is a wonderful spacious Villa that can easily accommodate 6 people, with a nice open living area with comfortable seating and plenty of dining space. Décor was a little dated but it had a good Mediterranean feel to it. It was clean and tidy upon arrival with plenty of towels provided. The pool area was fantastic, and the pool a really good size that was visited twice for maintenance/cleaning for the week we stayed. Location was good in a nice quiet area just outside town that was well within walking distance. The only points to pick up on the villa was a lack of coffee cups as only 4 were provided, and I'd recommend an investment into new mattresses, as you could feel the spring when laying down.
Goodz run enjoyable stay. Really close to everything and lovely views. Fantastic views.Only downfall was farmers alarms across the road going off a lot which is noticeable from the pool

Payment Conditions
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of €250.00. The damage deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.<br />
Cancellation Policy
30% of the total reservation price to be paid upon booking. The remaining 70% will be paid 30 days before arrival. If a guest cancels 30+days before arrival , the 30% down payment is non refundable, if the guest cancels within the 30 days before arrival 100% of the amount will be non refundable.
Damage Deposit
You will receive an automated email 7 days prior to arrival, to proceed with the damage deposit procedure for the amount of EUR 250. The deposit amount is not debited and does not impact the guest's bank card credit limit.
The total price of the reservation includes a 10% service fee.
House Rules
No hen or batchelor parties are allowed.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 till 8:00 hours.
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code enforced neighborhood.

Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless pre-agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Failure to adhere to the Check In and Check Out time may result in an additional fee unless discussed in advance of the stay.
The Damage Deposit is for security purposes and will be refunded within 3 days of the Check out Date, provided no deductions are made due to:
*Damage caused to the property or furnishings.
*Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning.
*Excessive use of the electricity allowance.
*Any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
Guests should allow contractors, including the pool and garden maintenance team to do the necessary upkeeping when needed, during the period of their stay
