The swimming pool area of the property offers a bar, cooking corner, and high-quality outdoor furniture to enjoy some quality time with friends and family. It receives sunlight most of the day and is ideal for sunbathing, while the covered outdoor areas allow for guests to relax in the midst of nature.
The open plan of the ground floors offers a spacious living room with a flat screen tv, large windows and a tastefully decorated space. The dining area can seat up to 10 guests, and its exquisite kitchen with pool views includes a relaxing living room area and smaller dining table. It’s fully equipped kitchen will make you feel at home, and will indulgence your cooking skills.
The elevator of the property takes us to the first floor, which includes the four bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, as well as an envious walk-in closet in the master suite.
On the upper floor, an exquisite jacuzzi with sea views of Limassol and its towers can be found, along with a large terrace on the other side. This is the most beautiful place to watch the sun go down over the city, while enjoying refreshments.
The property is fully air conditioned with central cooling and controls in each room, as well as equipped with underfloor heating for colder seasons.

A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
