The villa was exactly like in the photos, extremely clean and it had everything needed for a confortable stay. Our family of five had a lot of space to chill, play and enjoy our moments together. The pool is very clean and nice, in the afternoon the shade of the house makes it extremely nice to bath, especially for kids. The neighborhood is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. Shops and restaurants are at a few minutes drive away, also very nice beaches. Something to mention is that there are some construction near by, but nothing to do with the property itself.
Phenomenal vocation it was. Gorgeous house together with patio and a pool. Paralimini (neighborhood) is amazing with beautiful shore. All local grocery/ restaurants/ coffee shops/ fresh bakery etc is 2-4 minutes drive away or 15m walk. Will come back, it is an absolutely lovely and smart house, it was a huge pleasure to stay at the place.
Fresh back from a few days at Villa Alexia, and missing it already! In a short space of time, we discovered a couple of authentic, charming recommended tavernas nearby for suppers, a top coffee spot a short drive away, a big supermarket close by to fill the fridge, a fruit market, a bakery nearby, and a couple of quiet, beautiful beaches minutes away. The villa itself is roomy, well equipped, clean, comfy, and the pool a real plus. There was nothing we were left wanting, all boxes were ticked. We'll be back! Thank you.

Payment Conditions
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
30% of the total reservation price to be paid upon booking. The remaining 70% will be paid 30 days before arrival. If a guest cancels 30+days before arrival , the 30% down payment is non refundable, if the guest cancels within the 30 days before arrival 100% of the amount will be non refundable.
Damage Deposit
You will receive an automated email 7 days prior to arrival, to proceed with the damage deposit procedure for the amount of EUR 250. The deposit amount is not debited and does not impact the guest's bank card credit limit.
The total price of the reservation includes a 10% service fee.

The property do not allow hens and batchelor parties or other events
The main guest should be 25 years old and over. All underaged guests should be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 till 8:00 hours.
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code enforced neighborhood.
This a no smoking property.
This property does not allow pets. Do not feed stray animals inside the property premises.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless pre-agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Failure to adhere to the Check In and Check Out time may result in an additional fee unless discussed in advance of the stay.
Extra charges will apply in cases of:
*Damage caused to the property or furnishings.
*Damaged linen and towels at the time of check-out.
*Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning.
*Excessive use of the electricity allowance.
*Any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
