Perfectly positioned at the outskirts of Coral Bay, it offers absolute seclusion and privacy and is yet only 2km from the blue flagged Coral Bay Beach, Laourou Beach and the Coral Bay Strip, with its abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options.
The villa itself is pure luxury and sheer opulence. Immaculately decorated throughout, it boasts an abundance of artwork which creates an utterly unique habitat for fine living. The downstairs area has a comfortable Kitchen, fully equipped to the level of a dishwasher and capsule coffee making machines. Connected to the kitchen, is a dedicated, separate and spacious TV and casual living room area which opens to the lash garden, pool and bar area. The open plan dining and living areas of this huge 400s.m. property, are an absolute marvel that oozes class.
All five bedrooms are spacious and come with high class ensuite facilities. Four Bedrooms are on the first floor and offer magnificent sea views from the open plan, generous covered porch. The fifth bedroom is conveniently located downstairs.
The outdoor areas of the villa simply stand out and provide the complete holiday experience. The 12.5m x 4.5m infinity pool takes center stage and our guests will enjoy it while gazing at the deep blue of the Mediterranean, either while chilling in the pool or sunning on the high-quality sun beds lined up alongside. The outdoor bar offers excellent cooking and grilling facilities; the bar fridge will keep your beverages cool so you can enjoy them on the 6-meter-long bar that comes with super comfortable stools. By the pool and staring at the sea, is a spacious outdoor dining table for cool, breezy al fresco dining at nights or warm breakfasts in the morning shade. The huge grass lawn is an absolute pleasure for the eye and leads to the coast. The villa is gated and offers covered, enclosed parking for 2 cars.

Payment Conditions
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
30% of the total reservation price to be paid upon booking. The remaining 70% will be paid 30 days before arrival. If a guest cancels 30+days before arrival , the 30% down payment is non refundable, if the guest cancels within the 30 days before arrival 100% of the amount will be non refundable.
Damage Deposit
You will receive an automated email 7 days prior to arrival, to proceed with the damage deposit procedure for the amount of EUR 1000. The deposit amount is not debited and does not impact the guest's bank card credit limit.
The total price of the reservation includes a 10% service fee.
House Rules
The property do not allow hens and batchelor parties or other events
The main guest should be 25 years old and over. All underaged guests should be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 till 8:00 hours.
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code enforced neighborhood.
This a no smoking property.
This property does not allow pets. Do not feed stray animals inside the property premises.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless pre-agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Failure to adhere to the Check In and Check Out time may result in an additional fee unless discussed in advance of the stay.
Extra charges will apply in cases of:
*Damage caused to the property or furnishings.
*Damaged linen and towels at the time of check-out.
*Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning.
*Excessive use of the electricity allowance.
*Any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
