KAMARA Guest Houses bond modernity with tradition, originally built in 1923 and fully renovated to tasteful perfection to meet the expectations of even the most demanding traveler.
The guest houses, STAVLI – KATOI – ANOI, offer unhindered privacy for their guests, each with a dedicated entrance for absolute freedom, and share a spacious, traditional inner yard with a barbecue area which includes an old school pizza wood stove and a generous swimming pool.
All three houses are self-contained, each with their own private and fully equipped kitchen, eloquent and varied living and dining, both indoor and outdoor, as well as dedicated bathroom areas.
KAMARA Boutique Guest Houses are conveniently located in the Center of Peyia, a short 5-minute stroll from Philippos Supermarket and a host of Taverns, Bars and traditional Barbecue venues. At the same time, they offer a setting of peace and tranquility as they are discreetly tucked away in a cul-de-sac.
KATOI guest house is across the inner yard and is an absolute marvel. The open plan living and dining area oozes tradition and class; it is very spacious and features a traditional fireplace and Stone Arches supporting large wood beams. The kitchen is separate, fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso machine for a great morning coffee.
The bedroom boasts a queen bed and there is separate bedding for a third guest in the large living room. Guests may dine in the inner yard under the large umbrella tacked away outside the cottage entrance which is dedicated to KATOI.

They are also perfect for extended families that want to share and enjoy their holidays together but retire in intimacy and privacy.

Gorgeous property and very well looked after, hosts were brilliant and this is such a perfect spot for people wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of Paphos but still being in driving distance. Gorgeous town and lovely amenities. Would definitely recommend.

Payment Conditions
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.<br />
Cancellation Policy
30% of the total reservation price to be paid upon booking. The remaining 70% will be paid 30 days before arrival. If a guest cancels 30+days before arrival , the 30% down payment is non refundable, if the guest cancels within the 30 days before arrival 100% of the amount will be non refundable.
Damage Deposit
You will receive an automated email 7 days prior to arrival, to proceed with the damage deposit procedure for the amount of EUR 100. The deposit amount is not debited and does not impact the guest's bank card credit limit.
The total price of the reservation includes a 10% service fee.
House Rules
Age groups 18+ are allowed to occupy the premises.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 till 8:00 hours.
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code enforced neighborhood.
This a no smoking property.
This property does not allow pets.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless pre-agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Failure to adhere to the Check In and Check Out time may result in an additional fee unless discussed in advance of the stay.
The Damage Deposit is for security purposes and will be refunded within 3 days of the Check out Date, provided no deductions are made due to:
*Damage caused to the property or furnishings.
*Damaged linen and towels at the time of check-out.
*Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning.
*Excessive use of the electricity allowance.
*Any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
