Located in a quiet cul-de-sac just off the Protaras Avenue, Villa Blue Velvet is just 2.8km off the buzzy Protaras Strip and a leisurely 3 minutes’ drive from the stunning and popular Kalamies and Serena Beaches as well as a plethora of shops, bars, taverns and restaurants.
The main entrance door opens to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with large windows and big sliding doors that let in oodles of natural light to create an excellent ambience. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet the expectations of even the most demanding traveler. The big sliding doors open to a generous pool area, fully gated for safety and peace of mind, offering absolute privacy and the opportunity for comfortable Al fresco dining.
All three bedrooms are on the first floor and offer comfortable sleeping on high quality beds and mattresses. The master bedroom comes with a King-sized bed and ensuite shower facilities. The remaining two bedrooms, one King sized and one Twin, share a generous second bathroom.

This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. There is private, covered parking at the villa for two cars.

Villa was near clean and tidy with the extra bonus of a further clean after the first week stay. The cleaner that attended did an excellent and efficient job of changing bed linen, towels and overall cleaning of the villa.
Avery clean, well presented villa. Ezoria were fantastic and additional touches on arrival were greay, such as, a massive bowl of fruit, tea's, coffee's, water. In addition, toiletries, cleaning products, literally everything you need to just settle in. Pool was well maintained and maid service was excellent. Cannot really fault the villa or Ezoria.

Payment Conditions
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.<br />
Cancellation Policy
30% of the total reservation price to be paid upon booking. The remaining 70% will be paid 30 days before arrival. If a guest cancels 30+days before arrival , the 30% down payment is non refundable, if the guest cancels within the 30 days before arrival 100% of the amount will be non refundable.
Damage Deposit
You will receive an automated email 7 days prior to arrival, to proceed with the damage deposit procedure for the amount of EUR 300. The deposit amount is not debited and does not impact the guest's bank card credit limit.
The total price of the reservation includes a 10% service fee.
House Rules
Age groups 18+ are allowed to occupy the premises.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 till 8:00 hours.
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code enforced neighborhood.
This a no smoking property.
This property does not allow pets.
Feeding stray animals in the property is not allowed.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless pre-agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Failure to adhere to the Check In and Check Out time may result in an additional fee unless discussed in advance of the stay.
The Damage Deposit is for security purposes and will be refunded within 3 days of the Check out Date, provided no deductions are made due to:
*Damage caused to the property or furnishings.
*Damaged linen and towels at the time of check-out.
*Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning.
*Any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
*The amount of electricity consumption use is 300 kW per week. Exceeding this amount will be charged at 0.3 euros per kW.
