A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.<br />
Cancellation Policy
30% of the total reservation price to be paid upon booking. The remaining 70% will be paid 30 days before arrival. If a guest cancels 30+days before arrival , the 30% down payment is non refundable, if the guest cancels within the 30 days before arrival 100% of the amount will be non refundable.
Kindly be informed that €500 damage deposit amount will be charged upon online check in.
The damage deposit amount will be fully refunded within 7 days after check-out if no damage occurs.
The total price of the reservation includes a 10% service fee.
