A comfortable, spacious 5-bedroom villa, combining the stone build of old on the exterior, but fully modern inside, with all necessary amenities for a carefree stay. Villa Nikolina is conveniently located a short 7 minutes’ walk from Drouseia village center, but also tucked away from the main road leading to Drouseia to provide calmness and tranquility for a relaxing holiday.
All areas are fully air-conditioned, including common areas and the five bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is downstairs and the remaining four are on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is full wi-fi access inside and outside the property as well as a rotatable Smart TV in the living area. The villa is centrally heated in the winter at an extra charge.
The pool area is very generous, with natural shade on one side provided by range of grown White Mulberry trees. Other than that, there is plenty of sunshine to go around in the pool area, with sun loungers and parasols for all ten guests. Charcoaled BBQ and woodstove are available. There are tranquil views of the surrounding hills and Polis Bay in the distance.
For home cooking fanatics, the vegetable garden of the property can provide you with organically grown tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, eggplant and zucchini, if the season is right. Fully grown fig and pomegranate trees complete the garden.
