CANCELLATION
If the Client for any reason has to cancel the booking, he must immediately advise the owner in writing via e-mail or by phone.
Cancellation fees:
-30% of the total rent if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before arrival
-100% of the total rent if the cancellation is made less that 60 days before arrival
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 15:00. Clients cannot, unless upon prior approval, obtain keys or drop bags prior to check in time or leave bags in the house beyond check out times. Check–out time is 11:00
LATE RE-CONSIGNMENT OF THE PREMISES
Client acknowledges that the rental of the aforementioned premises is a temporary residence and, as such. In the event of any lateness in consignment , Client’s belongings may be removed and placed in a deposit at the Client’s expense.
